June 24, 2016 (CURRITUCK COUNTY, NC) - The Currituck County Economic Development Department announced their new Commercial Real Estate Property Listing Service is now available for property seekers and sellers. The free tool can be found at: http://www.thinkcurrituck.com/cre
The service collects, confirms and combines property data from several listing databases into one – so you don’t have to. Further, this tool offers properties not listed on any other service, like for-sale-by-owner listings, ensuring it has the most properties of any database in the region. Detailed information on each property is a click away, including photos, lot size, price, square footage and more. Users can search properties by category: industrial, flex, retail, office, undeveloped land, warehouse, or other properties; or by for sale or for lease. It’s easy to list your property by category as well, ensuring only truly interested potential buyers are looking at your property.
Currituck County's Economic Development Department is the primary point of contact for all inquiries regarding new or existing business expansion.
