Absolutely! I was helping a friend with her new home and just knew it was my time to make my design hobby a business I was passionate about. I always wanted to love my job and now I do.
I love the look on people’s faces and the feeling I get when I have designed a space in their home they have always dreamed of. There is no better feeling than having someone hug you and tell you how much they love their home, and I am able to make dreams come true with pillows, paint and decor. All things I truly love.
I grew up in Virginia Beach and have lived in Currituck County with my husband and 3 children for the last 20 years. We love the coast and my work shows it. I have found so much support in my community which made it so easy to start my business here.
I think keeping up with the trends, but also continuing to stay true to yourself. If you love what you do it will show through your work and people will appreciate that.
