Currituck Station is a long-term economic development mixed-use plan developed for Currituck County, which blends residential, commercial, cultural, institutional and entertainment uses.
Currituck Station consists of over 3,000 acres adjacent to the border with Virginia and located on the western side of North Carolina 168/Caratoke Highway in Moyock, North Carolina.
Our goal for Currituck Station is to “create an environment that supports and encourages a diversification of job-creating businesses and industries, while providing the necessary residential supporting neighborhoods and public infrastructure.”
“I definitely see it as a new frontier. From a planning, employment and economic development perspective, it’s important to make sure that whatever we bring to Currituck County is going have a positive impact 20 or 30 years from now.”
- Larry Lombardi, Currituck County
