NC Ranks #15 in 2016 State Business Tax Climate Index

Tax_Foundation.pngNorth Carolina made the largest jump in the history of the Tax Foundation's annual State Business Tax Climate Index, moving from #44 in 2014 to #15 in 2015.

 

Wyoming, South Dakota, and Alaska claimed the top three spots. California, New York, and New Jersey came in the lowest at #48, #49, #50 respectively. North Carolina ranked 7th in the corporate tax sum-ranking.
